With this package you get your selected food, serving equipment, and staff to run the food show. When dinner wraps up, our team quietly takes care of the buffet, clears tables, and handles food-related cleanup—so your reception never skips a beat.
Venue Close Down
With this package you get your selected food, serving equipment, and staff to run the food show. When dinner wraps up, our team quietly takes care of the buffet, clears tables, and handles food-related cleanup—so your reception never skips a beat.
We then stick around and ensure your venue closing guidelines are met. We tend to speed up the venue closing procedure by one hour or more. Planners love us!
Drop-off Only
We deliver food to your venue and leave. You are in charge of all serving equipment, staff, restocking food, and clean up duties.
Best for casual receptions or venues with staff.

Before the wedding, she was super communicative, and I knew we were on the same page before the event started. During the event, she and her team stepped in to assist with rapidly filling waters (on what was, I swear, the hottest day of the year).
As a planner, it is not uncommon for me to grab a vendor plate and eat three bites because I'm running around on behalf of the couple and making sure everything's on time/everyone's where they need to be. Xoshil tracked me down more than once to make sure I had a plan for dinner and once I sat down to eat, she made sure I had enough.
It was a super kind gesture that did not go unnoticed. I cannot wait to work with Pura Vida again!
